Nigiri sushi

Simple to make, yet packed with flavour!

Nigiri is a kind of sushi that is made up of thin slices of either fish or meat draped over small mound of sushi rice. The main difference between nigiri and other sushi is that it does not contain nori seaweed. These are delicious, and easy to make!

Cook and season the sushi rice.

Shape rice into nigiri shape using the nigiri mold. Remove the rice from the mold, onto a plate.

Place cut fish on top of rice, serve immediately.
