Here’s everything you need to create this Miso Ponzu Poké Bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 pot Saitaku Poke Rice
  • 2 tbsp Saitaku Miso Paste
  • 3 tbsp Saitaku Ponzu Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Saitaku White or Black Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 100g salmon (cut into cubes)
  • 50g shredded red cabbage
  • 1 small carrot (grated)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 lime juice only
  • 1 spring onion sliced
  • 1 medium sweet potato (cubed and roasted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Poke Rice according to the packet instructions; one pot is one serving.
  2. Whisk together the Miso Paste, Ponzu Seasoning, sesame oil, honey, and lime juice to create a zesty dressing.
  3. Place the cubed salmon in the air fryer at 180°C for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, toss the cooked salmon pieces into half of the dressing and let it marinate for a few minutes.
  5. Mix the shredded cabbage and grated carrot to create a fresh slaw.
  6. Place warm rice into your bowl and top with the marinated fish, roasted sweet potato, avocado, and slaw.
  7. Drizzle over the remaining dressing and finish with a sprinkle of spring onion and White Roasted Sesame seeds, then serve.
