Miso Ponzu Poké Bowl
Quick and easy!
Here’s everything you need to create this Miso Ponzu Poké Bowl!
30 mins
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 pot Saitaku Poke Rice
2 tbsp Saitaku Miso Paste
3 tbsp Saitaku Ponzu Seasoning
1 tsp Saitaku White or Black Roasted Sesame Seeds
100g salmon (cut into cubes)
50g shredded red cabbage
1 small carrot (grated)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 lime juice only
1 spring onion sliced
1 medium sweet potato (cubed and roasted)
Instructions
Prepare the Poke Rice according to the packet instructions; one pot is one serving.
Whisk together the Miso Paste, Ponzu Seasoning, sesame oil, honey, and lime juice to create a zesty dressing.
Place the cubed salmon in the air fryer at 180°C for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
In a small bowl, toss the cooked salmon pieces into half of the dressing and let it marinate for a few minutes.
Mix the shredded cabbage and grated carrot to create a fresh slaw.
Place warm rice into your bowl and top with the marinated fish, roasted sweet potato, avocado, and slaw.
Drizzle over the remaining dressing and finish with a sprinkle of spring onion and White Roasted Sesame seeds, then serve.
