Ingredients

  • 50g Saitaku Sushi Rice
  • Saitaku Sushi Nori
  • Saitaku Spicy Mayo
  • Saitaku White or Black Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 5 tbsp Saitaku Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 avocado
  • Crab meat
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ carrot, sliced
  • 2 imitation crab sticks (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Saitaku Sushi Rice as per the packet instructions.
  2. Once ready, season with the Rice Vinegar and salt, then mix gently to combine.
  3. Thinly slice the avocado and carrots, then chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Take your Saitaku Nori Sheets and cut them into thin, delicate strands. Assemble your bowl with the seasoned rice and fresh toppings.
  5. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Black or White Sesame Seeds and a drizzle of our Saitaku Spicy Mayo. Enjoy!
