Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Saitaku Spicy Mayo
  • 1 tsp Saitaku Soy Sauce
  • 1 pot Saitaku Pre-cooked Poke Rice
  • Saitaku Spicy Nori Snack
  • 1 tsp Saitaku Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Saitaku White Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 100g salmon (skinless and cubed)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp pickled red cabbage
  • 1/2 large carrot (grated)
  • 1 tbsp salted peanuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 spring onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Fish sauce (just a few drops)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions on the packet for the Pre-Cooked Poke Rice. Once cooked and ready, place to one side in a serving bowl.
  2. Place the salmon in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  3. Meanwhile, gather all the necessary items to complete the bowl.
  4. Make the sauce by combining the Soy Sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, Spicy Mayo, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  5. Place the cooked salmon in a bowl, then pour the sauce over it and mix well.
  6. Now you can start adding your toppings to the rice!
  7. The salmon first, then the avocado, pickled red cabbage, carrot, and peanuts.
  8. Scatter over the spring onions and some White Roasted Sesame Seeds, then finish with a pinch of black pepper.
  9. Tuck a few crispy Spicy Nori Snack sheets into the side of the bowl, or layer them on top of the rice for that extra crunch!
