Golden and Crispy Bake

Dinner is sorted with this easy Air-Fryer Vegetarian Sushi Bake!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Saitaku Mayo
  • 2 Saitaku Nori Sheets
  • 250g Saitaku Sushi Rice
  • 5 tbsp Saitaku Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Saitaku Sushi Soy Sauce
  • Saitaku White Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • 400g firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Thinly cut the firm tofu into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the tofu with the soy sauce, vegan mayo, sriracha, sesame oil and spring onions.
  4. In a baking dish, spread the cooked rice evenly as the base layer. Layer the marinated tofu on top of the rice.
  5. Bake until golden & crispy (about 15-20 minutes), then top with avocado, cucumber slices, vegan mayo, sriracha, and White roasted sesame seeds.
  6. Enjoy by wrapping it with a shredded nori sheet ✨
