Ingredients

  • 500ml dashi
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • salt (to taste)

500ml Dashi 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Mirin 1 pinch Sugar Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. For this recipe you can use premade dashi or prepare your own. For this simple recipe all you need to do is add all your dashi into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Once the dashi is simmering, add in the rest of your ingredients and leave for a further 10 minutes, adding salt to taste.
  3. Leave to cool and save for later or add in noodles and toppings to make a delicious ramen meal.
