Meet your new favourite snack: Poké Nachos! Crispy homemade gyoza chips piled high with fresh salmon, creamy avocado, edamame, and drizzled with our delicious Saitaku Poke Sauce.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Saitaku Sesame Seeds or Saitaku Poke Sprinkle
2 tbsp Saitaku Poke Sauce
2cm Saitaku Poke Ginger, finely chopped
100g edamame beans
½ red onion, finely chopped
2 avocados, diced
½ smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
2 packs of gyoza wrappers, cut into triangles
Fresh coriander
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Arrange the gyoza wrapper triangles on a lined baking tray, lightly spray with oil, and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Transfer the crispy gyoza chips to a large serving plate.
Top with the edamame, red onion, avocado, smoked salmon, Saitaku Poke Ginger, and fresh coriander, if using.
Sprinkle over the Saitaku Sesame Seeds or Saitaku Poke Sprinkle.
Drizzle generously with Saitaku Poke Sauce just before serving.
