Vegetarian Sushi Bake
Golden and Crispy Bake
Dinner is sorted with this easy Air-Fryer Vegetarian Sushi Bake!

Ingredients
2 tbsp Saitaku Mayo
2 Saitaku Nori Sheets
250g Saitaku Sushi Rice
5 tbsp Saitaku Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Saitaku Sushi Soy Sauce
Saitaku White Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 tsp salt
1 avocado
½ cucumber
400g firm tofu
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Spring Onions, chopped
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven at 200°C.
Thinly cut the firm tofu into small cubes.
In a bowl, combine the tofu with the soy sauce, vegan mayo, sriracha, sesame oil and spring onions.
In a baking dish, spread the cooked rice evenly as the base layer. Layer the marinated tofu on top of the rice.
Bake until golden & crispy (about 15-20 minutes), then top with avocado, cucumber slices, vegan mayo, sriracha, and White roasted sesame seeds.
Enjoy by wrapping it with a shredded nori sheet ✨
