Crispy Rice Bowl
The crunch you’ve been waiting for!
This Crispy Rice Salad recipe is quick and easy to make.

Serves 2
Ingredients
75g Saitaku Sushi Rice
1 tsp Saitaku Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chilli crisp
1/2 large cucumber, sliced
80g shelled edamame
1 avocado, chopped
80g salted peanuts, chopped
Spring onions & mint, chopped
For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ½ tbsp tahini
3-4 tbsps maple syrup
1 clove garlic
½ tbsp cumin
Instructions
Cook your Saitaku Poke Rice as per the packaging instructions. Toss the rice with Saitaku Soy Sauce, chilli crisp, and sesame oil.
Air fry at 180°C for 20 mins, or keep checking until golden and crispy.
Chop your greens, herbs, and avocados.
Toss in a bowl with edamame and peanuts.
Mix all dressing ingredients until creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad, add the crispy rice last for maximum crunch, and toss! ✨
