Social sushi

A fun board to make with friends!

30 mins Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 250g Sushi Rice
  • 5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Poke Sprinkle
  • 2 Sushi Nori sheets, cut into squares
  • Fresh salmon, sliced
  • Cooked tofu, sliced
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp White Roasted Sesame Seeds

For serving (optional):

  • Sushi Soy Sauce
  • Poke Sauce
  • Japanese Style Mayo
  • Wasabi
  • Sushi Ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook your Sushi Rice according to package directions. Mix in Poke Sprinkle before adding to a serving bowl, set aside.
  2. Cook tofu or protein alternative if required.
  3. Slice all fresh ingredients into desired sizes: we have used fresh salmon, cucumber, and avocado.
  4. Arrange fresh ingredients on the serving board. Add a serving dish of Sushi Soy Sauce and White Roasted Sesame Seeds.
  5. Cut Sushi Nori into bite sized squares and arrange on the board.
  6. Set out all of the dipping sauces and extra toppings as you please. Grab your chopsticks and dig in!
