Fresh & spicy with a dreamy sauce!

Deliciously healthy spring rolls

Ingredients

  • 150g Shirataki Noodles
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp gochujang
  • 4 tbsp Sushi Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 8 rice paper sheets
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • White Roasted Sesame Seeds to serve

Instructions

  1. Cook Shirataki Noodles according to package instructions and drain the excess water.
  2. Mix gochujang, peanut butter, Sushi Soy Sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Mix half of the sauce into the noodles, and set aside remaining half for dipping.
  4. Dip rice paper in cold water for 5 seconds and place on a wooden board. Add lettuce, noodles and veggies. Roll tightly.
  5. Add a sprinkle of White Roasted Sesame Seeds and plate with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
