Shirataki Noodle Salad
Light and bright Shirataki Salad
A deliciously healthy and low calorie meal

Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 serving of Shirataki Noodles
½ capsicum, diced
150g sliced red cabbage
150g chopped cucumber
3 spring onions, diced
1 can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp White Roasted Sesame Seeds
Sesame Dressing (to taste)
1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
Cook noodles as per packet instructions
Add cooled noodles to a large salad bowl and mix in capsicum, cabbage, cucumber, spring onions, chickpeas, coriander and White Roasted Sesame Seeds.
Mix together Sesame Dressing and fresh ginger.
Toss salad with dressing to distribute well. Chill until serving time.
