Ingredients
100g smoked salmon
Sweet chilli sauce
Poke Ginger
Radish
Red cabbage
Coriander
White Roasted Sesame Seeds
Black Roasted Sesame Seeds
For the rice:
1 x 125g bag of Poke Rice
2 ½ tbsp Rice Vinegar
½ tsp salt
100ml beetroot juice
Instructions
Make your Poke Rice according to the instructions on the pack, adding 100ml of beetroot juice to the water once it reaches a boil.
Once the rice is cooked and removed from the bag, you can adjust the colour to your preference by adding more beetroot juice.
While your rice cools, slice up thin rounds of beetroot and thin slices of red cabbage. Cut up your smoked salmon and roll it into neat rolls.
Once the rice is cooled, add into a bowl and top with your smoked salmon, red cabbage, beetroot, Poke Ginger. Sprinkle on some White and Black Roasted Sesame Seeds to finish. Enjoy!
