Miso Hot Chocolate
A cosy and festive twist

Ingredients
1 cup oat milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 heaping tsp Miso Paste
1 tbsp dark chocolate
To serve: marshmallows and shaved chocolate
Instructions
Add oat milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a whisk to remove any clumps.
Once it starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and add Miso Paste. Keep whisking until smooth and the Miso Paste has dissolved.
Pour into a mug and serve hot, topped with chunky marshmallows and shaved chocolate!
