Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 heaping tsp Miso Paste
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate
  • To serve: marshmallows and shaved chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add oat milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a whisk to remove any clumps.
  2. Once it starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and add Miso Paste. Keep whisking until smooth and the Miso Paste has dissolved.
  3. Pour into a mug and serve hot, topped with chunky marshmallows and shaved chocolate!
