Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 350g chicken thighs, boneless & skinless, diced
  • 4 tbsp Saitaku Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 pots of Saitaku Pre-cooked Poke Rice
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 handfuls of pea shoots
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Fresh lemongrass, grated
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp garlic puree
  • Saitaku White Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • Black onion seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add sesame oil to a pan, then add chicken, garlic, lemongrass, and fresh lime juice.
  2. Cook on a medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Once chicken is cooked, add your Teriyaki Sauce and keep on heat for a few minutes.
  4. Whilst the chicken is simmering, you can microwave the Pre-cooked Poke Rice (60 seconds for each pot).
  5. Mix in measures of Rice Vinegar and salt to your Pre-cooked Poke Rice.
  6. Start building your bowl; add your rice, chicken, pea shoots, carrot, spring onions, White Roasted Sesame Seeds and black onion seeds. Enjoy!
