Combine pork, Mirin, and minced ginger. Set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Soy Sauce, peanut butter, Rice Vinegar, sugar, and 1 tbsp of chilli oil until smooth. Set aside.
Combine chicken stock and oat milk in a pot, and bring to a simmer. Cover to keep warm. Also bring a large pot of water to a boil for the noodles.
Heat a wok with oil over medium high heat. Add marinated pork and brown until there are crispy bits. Add Miso Paste, 1 tbsp of chilli oil, and minced garlic, and cook for another minute. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Heat noodles according to package directions.
For serving, add half of the sesame mixture and half of the hot stock to each bowl and combine. Add the Precooked Ramen Noodles, and top with pork and chopped green onions.
